XTELLER [เอ็กซ์-เทล-เลอร์]
Thailand's creative-first KOL strategy agency
We turn data into
stories.
XTELLER is a creative-first KOL and influencer marketing agency in Bangkok, Thailand. It launched in 2026 and works with Thai and international brands that sell in Thailand. Every campaign starts with the story the brand needs to tell. The team then picks creators who fit that story, briefs and manages them, and measures sales as well as views.
The XTELLER Way
Storytelling first.
KOLs next.
We Are

We don't start with the influencer list. We start with your brand story.
Campaigns where creators tell your brand's story.
Creative Ideation
Every KOL campaign starts with one concept. The story angle, the brief and the plot all come from it, so every post looks planned. Because it was.
Our thought process
Start with the concept
Find the campaign's one big idea before anyone picks creators, formats or platforms.
Pick the story angle
Decide how we tell the brand: lifestyle, problem and fix, trend, review or challenge.
Build the story
Give the content a start and a finish. Someone holding the product up to the camera isn't a story.
Turn it into creator content
Break the idea into formats creators can actually shoot.
Make every post count
Each video has a job in the campaign. No random posts.
KOL Strategy & Persona
We plan how your brand's voice moves through creator tiers, formats and platforms. You get a plan, not a playlist.
- Set the brand voice: Agree how people should talk about the brand: fun, premium, sincere, expert, lifestyle or mass-market.
- Find the right creator persona: Pick the type of KOL that fits: beauty expert, lifestyle reviewer, trend creator, niche community, family or comedy.
- Map creator tiers by role: Pick influencer tiers by job, not follower count. Macro builds awareness, mid-tier adds credibility, micro and nano build trust.
- Match format to the goal: Review, tutorial, story, challenge, POV, livestream or a short-form hook. The campaign goal decides.
- Pick the platform: Decide where the message lives: TikTok for reach, Instagram for image and lifestyle, YouTube for longer videos that build trust.
- Write the KOL plan: End with a plan anyone can read: who we use, why, what they say, and how it gets the campaign to its goal.

How XTELLER runs a KOL campaign
Before we pitch anything, we find out what your audience worries about and what they can afford to spend.
- 01
Brand story
We learn your brand's voice, challenge, audience and goal.
- 02
Idea first
We write the campaign concept and each creator's story angle before we open a creator list.
- 03
Creator plan
We choose creator tiers, platforms, formats and the order posts go out. Every brief asks for honest reviews and something useful to the viewer.
- 04
Run and follow through
We run the campaign hands-on and you see every step. We also plan content for after the purchase, as well as before it.

Questions brands ask us.
What is the difference between paying an influencer to review a product and having a creator tell a story?
A review tells people what the product does. A story puts the product into a moment the audience already knows from their own life, which makes the brand easier to remember. Most campaigns need both. The story gets the brand noticed, and reviews help once people start comparing. At XTELLER we start every campaign with the story, then add reviews where buyers want proof before they pay.
How do you brief an influencer so the content doesn't look like an ad?
A good brief isn't a script. It tells the creator who's watching and where the product fits in the story, then lets them say it their own way. Three things belong in it: one key message, the product facts they have to get right, and anything they can't say. Hand a creator brand copy to read out and viewers spot the ad straight away. A natural-looking post is still a paid post, though, and it has to be labelled as one wherever the law or the platform requires it. At XTELLER we write a story angle for each creator before the brief goes out.
What's the difference between a KOL, an influencer and a creator?
In Thailand the three words overlap, and brands often use them for the same person. A KOL (key opinion leader) is someone people trust on one subject, like a dermatologist on skincare or a mechanic on cars. An influencer is anyone whose following can change what people buy, expert or not. A creator makes their own content, and people follow them for that content. One person can be all three. The real question is what the campaign needs most: trust, reach, or someone who tells a story well. At XTELLER we pick creators by the story the brand needs to tell, then check that their reach and audience fit the brand.

something great.
